The mlar are the magical or psionic artisans and craftsfolk of the Githyanki. They are specialists, some specializing in the repair and construction of buildings, tools, weapons, or other needed things. They presumedly use the Ectoplasm of the Astral Plane to help accomplish this. The mlar have developed their jobs into an art form.
