Me-zu oni are commanders of the spirit armies of the Celestial Bureaucracy, leaders of the Go-zu oni. They resemble giants with the heads of horses, and they have magical powers similar to those of ogre+magi.
They can be found throughout the realms of the Chinese and Japanese pantheons.
