The living holocausts are an unnatural fusion of air+elementals, fire+elementals, and Tanar'ri. They can shape themselves into something like a flaming cyclone, a whirlflame. They're most commonly found in the Abyss, but on the Prime Material Plane they seek to burn or dominate all they encounter.
