There are actually two characters named Gazra.
One is a Pit Fiend, the High-up in charge of hamatulas, and consort of Fierana. This Gazra lives in Phlegethos.
The other is an Archomental, the ruler of the quasielementals of ash.
There doesn't seem to be any relation between the two.
