The Floating City is the magical and psionic capital of the Githzerai people, the heart of githzerai mysticism and spirituality. This is the Anthill where the githzerai Wizard-King rules from his Tower of Illumination, and it is the location of the headquarters of the Anarch's Guild.
The githzerai also have a military capital, Shr'akt'lor.
