Eternal ice

It's like ice, right? Except it doesn't melt. It stays cold all day in the hot sun and never goes away. That's eternal ice.

It's a good way to keep your drinks cold. Also, the base of the City of Glass is made out of it. Finder Wyvernspur used it to kill Moander.
