Eli Tomorost is a demon-handed, demon-summoning wizard, owner of the Tome of the Black Heart, with which he summoned the Kerzit.
Eli is a seasoned planar traveler. His familiar, Rel, is a unique creature from a distant plane, appearing as a 2-foot-tall cyclops with umber skin.
Eli Tomorost was slain by Mordenkainen 25 years ago, but recently resurrected by cultists of Yeenoghu.
