Dugmaren Brightmantle is a member of the Dwarven Pantheon. He is the god of scholarship, discovery, and invention, and his behavior is decidedly "undwarflike." His holy symbol is an open book, and he occupies Soot+Hall in the Dwarvish+Mountain on the Outlands.
