Originally called Heart of the Void, Deathheart is a failed colony attempt on the Negative+Energy+Plane. It is a city encompassed in a metal sphere approximately a mile in diameter. Unfortunately, it leaked, and now its inhabitants are undead.
Even the Dustmen avoid this place.
