Crystalle is the king of the mineral+quasielementals, appearing as a giant made of crystal, sitting on a gem-laden throne. Hundreds of ioun stones circle his head. He is true neutral, and very intelligent and cunning, disposing of his rivals by tricking them into getting too close to the Positive+Energy+Plane.
The other archomentals don't recognize his authority, and the Tsnng claim to be the true rulers of the plane.
