The Communals were a Faction in the city of Sigil and operated out of the City Provisioner's. They declared the universal distribution and sharing of everything. The became popular with the destitute of the city, as they controlled the city's food storages, and that they finally gave some political representation to the poor.
The faction vanished after they declared that the Lady of Pain should share control of the city.
