Chronotyryns are large birdlike creatures native to Acheron. They are extremely intelligent beings with fully usable hands and thumbs along with their wings and raptor-like feet. Their body shape reminds some of gargoyles, and averages about 12 feet in length. Their feathers are made of adamantine.
The chronotyryns consider themselves to be the masters of time. They have dual brains, dual voice boxes, and powerful magical abilities.
