A carnevus is the offspring of a Tanar'ri and a noble Lamia. They don't much resemble either of their parents; they're roughly humanoid-shaped with four arms, two mouths, and substantial magical powers.
Many serve Graz'zt, who gives them much higher status than half-fiends could expect elsewhere.
