The Cambion Bleeding Setch was a Proxy of Orcus centuries ago until the Lord of the Undead fell in battle with Kiaransalee. He went into hiding after that, but he was determined to restore his deity to power any way he could.
'Course, now that Orcus has been restored, and Setch had nothing to do with it, the cambion's got to find a new plan to get back in his master's good graces. His present whereabouts are unrevealed.
