Like malaria, Beastland fever is transmitted via the bite of various bugs on tropical and subtropical planes and layers. Despite its name, it isn't limited to the Beastlands, though it seems likely the disease originated there.
Symptoms of Beastland fever include high fever, delirium, and death.
