Alisohn Nilesia was the Factol of the now defunct Mercykillers prior to the Faction War. Her affair with Duke Rowan Darkwood was one of the events that set that conflict in motion. During it, she was sold into slavery by her lover to the Baatezu. She was known for her simplification of the sentencing laws of Sigil.
