Favourite Psionics Systems

I'm a diehard fan of the 2E Complete Psionics Handbook and The Will & The Way psionics supplement. The system had its flaws and need more work, but it FELT like psionics, instead of just warmed over magic. I like the psionic feats in 3E, but there was too much similarity to magic. I wanted to see tangents, devotions, and sciences, not psionic spells. D&D or otherwise, what psionics rules do you like? What do you want to see in a psionics system?

IMO the Expanded Psionics

IMO the Expanded Psionics Handbook is possibly the single best book Wotco ever published during the 3E era. Other than revising Complete Psionic to a similarly high quality standard (and maybe fixing the Soulknife), I can't think of anything I'd want to see meaningfully changed about these rules. I badly want to play in a campaign founded upon the XPH, which is the only book you need besides the core three (although adding Unearthed Arcana is also recommended, if only for Level Adjustment buyoff, the only way to make certain nonhuman characters such as Drow equally viable to the normal races).
