Ye Old Blood War Kip, one of the oldest and more traditional places to stop by while in the Lower Planes. Or at least it used to be. Run by an Observer named Neaseph, it has seen many owners and families, and seen better days. It was started by a humanoid, some say it was an orc, other, a goblin. It does not matter, it was in Pandemonium originally and came sliding all the way through the hands of tanar'ri barmen, baatezu dealers, hordlings, rogue asuras, night hags and many others. Now it is a medium-sized place carved in the soil, protected from being crushed, but still shaking with the shocks.
