The Smiling Shelter

This little tavern is located near the Great Bazaar in the Merchant's Ward. It's like most other taverns in the Cage and around the multiverse, but there are some things that make it very special. The owner is an Indep named Marla Boldsmile (Pl/female human/0/FL/NG). Appropriate to her tavern's name, she has a wide smile to welcome everybody who enters.

In the main room, there are several tables where people can sit, drink and eat - always everything they are served, because Marla's cook, a halfling Cipher called Roger (Pr/male halfling/T2/TO/N) makes the food that suits every client before the client asks for it. Usually what he cooks appears greenish or brownish, with pieces of something that can't be identified, but if the customer tries it, it's delicious. And don't ask him the recipe because it's a career secret.

The prices of the drinks are as usual, but the special dish (whatever it is) costs 2 silver pieces. A very good price for the excellent food, but the only time you have a chance of finding an empty table is when someone else has just finished her food and there's nobody waiting.
