Silver snakes are believed to be the spawn of the Serpent of Wisdom. They are possibly made from the very fabric of the plane and colored in hourglass patterns of deeper silver. They are docile and relatively intelligent, often looked for familiars by Upper Planar mages for their poison resistance and charm resistance.
