You can switch places with another creature in the initiative order. The creature's initiative count must be within 5 from your own, and neither you nor the creature may have already acted in that round.

Example: You roll for an initiative count of 8, and creatures A, B, and C roll for initiative counts of 16, 12, and 2. On any creature's turn, you can choose to switch your initiative count with creature B (unless either you or B has already acted), but not with creatures A or C.
