Entropy

Given Power: You may absorb energy from other willing sources and use it to refuel your energies, but you pay half as much energy as a tribute to Entropy. Such uses include:

  • You may transfer hit points from another willing target to you as a standard action with a range of touch. You gain half as much hit points as the target loses. You may absorb hit points even from creatures with no Constitution scores.
  • You may replenish divine or arcane spell levels that you have cast by absorbing twice as much spell levels from a divine or arcane spellcaster retrospectively. For example, if you had just cast Shatter and your fellow druid wanted to help you replenish it, you could touch him and absorb 4 1st level spells, or 2 2nd level spells, or 1 3rd level and 1 1st level spell, or one 4th level spell.
  • If you have psionic powers, with a touch you may absorb another willing creature's power points. You gain half as much power points. You cannot exceed your normal power point maximum.
  • You can absorb the XP stored in magical items and use it to craft new magical items or cast spells with an XP cost. You use only half of the XP you absorb-the other is spent to entropy. You may drain multiple magical items to pay for the XP costs.
