Never Hesitate seems a tad strong- the bonus when taking ten would be overpowering I think, though I'd need to check to be sure.
Overall, very, very nice, especially Reactive Stance and Unfettered Wizardry.
How so? Maybe the wording isn't clear enough - you get the skil check bonus only when you choose not to take 10.

Again, amazing. I want to use the Unguided Combat feats to make an Eclipsed Cipher (see the Mimir for this sect). Keep these feats coming, they're awesome.
