I would leave the adjustment at the stated +1. This is the thing I like about 3.5 DND- I do not have to aply asliding scale to thigs. Just factor in the pluses and minuses to get a solid DC and then roll for it. The +1 changes the DC the proper amount, in this case, already>
Black-Tinted Goggles
These black lensed goggles are vaugely similar to WWII aviator goggles, or thats what some primes once told me. Not every race that walks the planes is comfortable out in sunlight. For some, it can be downright lethal. Others, not so much. These black goggles are specifiacly designed for making the wearer immune to dazzling light effects. For most, it is merely a defense against annoying flare spells and bright lights. For those who have a neutral sensitivity to light, these are a necessitity, unless they do a lot of travel by night. Some adventurers have even taken to wearing these goggles for the sole reason that they think it makes them look dashing.

How do these work on the Quasiplane of Radiance? A +1 save bonus, or immunity to blindness? Tinted goggles are mentioned as an option for mundane protection.
I know our party when we dropped by the plane of radience wore sunglasses too... I guess it depends on how mean the DM was being for the intensity of light.
