This seems a little unbalanced as compared to the Planeshifter outfit. It gives a +3 bonus and weighs 8 pounds less. At the very least it should weight the same. Plus, there's the fact that the +3 could be counted towards a lot of things. What about spell effects that create rapid changes in climate?

Theres a few more detales in the spanshifter out fit that came before this. Plus what it is treated with and what it is made out of changes from which person makes it. It is very open ended for a reson. Getting a set of this cloths in in Sigil will be different then getting one from the Abyss. Simple yes (this is more of the masterwork vershon of the planeshifter outfit anyway).
