Fredrique was a rather...unusual mage who called hims self "A REAL charmer!" and mostly specialized in spells to groom himself and make women (or, in one unusual case, livestock) swoon.

This spell was develloped for the discerning mage who can't control his or her magic fingers, to help them feed their lustful desires and still remain pillars of soceity. It has sense seen use in many places throught the multiverse, including, but not limited to, bars, pleasure houses, parties, and public office.

What the spell does is rather unremarkable in and of itself. It simply causes a gesture made by the wizard's hand to be felt upon the skin of one target within the range, and alters the resulting noise eminating from the victim's mouth (usually a squeal of surprise) into anything the caster desires. Fredrique was fond of using this spell to "check the merchandise" at any given party before he moved in, his body covered in "cologne" and "sexy italian voice" spells. It has since found use, mostly among the more chaotic (or more randy) members of Sigil be useful beyond delightful disturbances at parties, in ways such as triggering traps, opening things from a distance, undoing ties in moneypouches, throwing fallen weapons, and a host of other uses.

Mechanically, this spell does the following: transfer's the action of the mage's hand (only one hand) onto a point in space within the spell's range, and alters the noise that comes from the target into whatever the character desires (even silence). But such a simple spell can easily be used for actions beyond the simple pinching of hind areas....
