Channel Power
| Channel Power allows a Psion to use "Personal" range powers on other people as a touch action. Once Channel Power is enacted, the Psion can choose to affect others with personal-ranged powers for as many rounds as he has manifester levels by touching each creature to be affected and manifesting the chosen power. All powers made to affect a target by touch have normal durations based on the manifesting Psion’s level. Note: This submission was originally posted on the site Psi3e.
