| This is a beautifully crafted harp, made of white ash, the strings from the hair of devas. “Celestial Chorus” was originally made by the eladrin; it was given as a gift to a musician of considerable talent called Elisias. From there it has been passed around many famous musicians across the planes. Music lovers nearly had a collective heart attack when one rumour arose that the Bleaknik fensir twins Morvin and Phineas had gotten their hands on it. The harp can be played by a bard with at least 9 ranks in the performance skill for harp, in the same way as the normal bardic music abilities; it has the effect of an Emotion (Hope) spell centered on the bard while playing continues. |
