Thrice-Blind Charm
| This charm is made from the tails of three cranium rats, woven together. The effects of the charm are triggered when the tails are untied, and allowed to fall apart. When this occurs, the caster selects a target within their line of sight. The charm subjects the target to a Blindness spell, as if from a 5th level caster.
