Prismatic Cloak
| This long cloak is one of the items most prized by wizards the planes over. It has a constant shimmering of bright colours that make it slightly disconcerting to look upon (although this has no game effect). There are two seperate command words to activate each of the cloak's two main functions, the casting of Prismatic Wall and of Prismatic Spray, both of which can be done once per day. In addition, the cloak gives a +5 resistance bonus to any saves against prismatic or colour based spells. |
