| Ice Spray sends a shimmering wave of icy particles extending outwards in a cold, covering everything within in a thin layer of ice. Any living creature caught in the spray must make a Fortitude save or suffer 1 point of temporary Dexterity damage and d3 cold damage. In addition, all surfaces hit by the spell are covered by a thin layer of ice; not enough to impede movement or slip up on, but enough for a Cryomancer to use their Ice Walk ability on. |
