Harmonium Whistle
| This small bronze whistle, nicknamed "the long arm of the law", is a common implement amongst Harmonium officers. When the whistle is blown, the piercing blast invokes a Hold Monster spell on the target miscreant while also alerting nearby Harmonium guards. Whistles of this type are most often used in capturing defiant criminals who consistently try to flee from arrest and evade their pursuers – while held, they can be easily subdued and handcuffed. The whistle’s magical effect may be used once per day. |
