| Embalming preserves the flesh of the dead, and as such this spell acts to preserve the form of any undead creature it is cast on, mending tears, off-setting decay and making them more resilient to damage. This spell is a more potent version of minor embalming, and the mending and damage resistance it bestows lasts longer. The target gains 2 temporary hit points per level of the caster, and a +2 deflection bonus to AC. This spell is mostly used by Dustmen mages, for repairing Contracted workers in the Mortuary. |
