Yi`Laeth: Warlord of Vice

While it is true that the Githyanki believe in no god, that is not to say that there are no gods originating from that race.

One such god is Yi`laeth. Formerly a member of the personal guard of the lich queen,he was shocked when he found the truth about the disappearances of many a powerful githyanki. Being devoured by the lich queen was not an appealing thought, and he had no intention of remaining in the same station. So he plotted against the queen, and finally made an attempt to kill her.

Needless to say, like all others, this attempt failed as well. He was hunted, and barely managed to escape the Astral, and his hunters. After traveling throughout the planes, constantly evading his Gish knight pursuers, he became a planewalker of great reknown. Too great, it would seem, for it made it nigh impossible to continue evading his former comrades.

After luring them to Limbo and forcing them into a battle with the Githzerai, his life nearly came to an end. He escaped to the only place no one would dare track him down to (or so he thought): The Abyss. There he met Grazz't, and the lord, impressed with his cunning and power, made him an offer. One he could *not* refuse. He would obtain power, enough to forever thwart any attempts against him, but he would stay in the Plain of Infinite Portals for all eternity. He would become a guardian of that layer, fighting against the enemies of the Abyssal Lords.

Perhaps that fate was worse than death. Though Yi`laeth had earned the power he craved, he could never leave the Abyss, and was trapped there forever. Eventually, he grew mad, and learned to find perverted joy in the one thing that was left available to him, war.

Pantheon: Abyssal Lords
Portfolio: Massacre in War, pointless murder, endless combat
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Worshippers: Planewalkers, Tanar`ri, Madmen
Incarnation: A githyanki in worn out brown clothing, with his symbol tattoed in his shoulder (evident , since his clothes are torn in that part). He usually carries two longswords on his back, a rusted one, and another that seems brand new, but stained in blood
Titles: The Slayer of All Good, the Combatant Grown Mad
Rank: Abyssal Lord
Priesthood: His priests usually wear black or red clothing, and often wear heavy armour.

Those of them that are not fiends are usually planewalkers that have traveled in the Abyss, or madmen worse than those in the Gatehouse. They don`t bother carrying their holy symbol (their god doesn`t care much about it anyway), and are a rare sight in the planes. When they are seen however, it is never a good omen.
