The Final improvement in the Kiai series.Applies: Monks and other Oriental Adventures Classes Prereqs: Improved Unarmed Strike, Stunning Touch, Kiai, Improved Kiai, Voice Like Thunder, Base Attack +12. Benefits: This feat gives you a +4 to attack and damage for two attacks in a round. In addition to the benefit of being able to strike creatures that are only damaged by a +4 or better weapon, any character of half your HD, or less is automatically stunned, as per Stunning Touch, for 1d3 rounds from the sheer power of your ki.
