This, like many items, has been imported from a previous version of the site. Evidently not all of the stats survived the conversion process.
It's not so much that the stat's didn't make it - as these were the only stats I had in the database and the original author hasn't stepped up to claim them. There may be something in older versions of the site though so I'll be poking around on archive.org. Modron Scope-Lens of the Horizon

Sorry there was a stutter in getting the info converted, please keep pointing out any missing dat so I can fix it!
