The more a Guvner learns about these laws, the more power he can obtain.Applies: Fraternity of Order members. Prereqs: Membership in the Fraternity of Order. Benefits: The collective intelligence of the faction allows gives you a +2 faction bonus to Intelligence. Also, all Knowledge skills are class skills regardless of your character class. Normal: None. Special Notes: You cannot knowingly break a law. If you do, you lose your faction benefits until you atone by having a faction cleric cast an *atonement* spell.
