| Physical Description: Sand elves are slightly shorter in stature than their forest dwelling kin, and quite tan. Pale white blonde to honey gold hair is most common though brown and black are not unheard of, red is quite rare. Their eyes tend to be brilliantly hewed green, aqua, or blue, so vibrant they seem to glow in dim light. |
| Relations: The desert is very secluded and there are not many strangers with which to have relations. However the occasional caravan comes through and as long as they follow the fairly strict social hierarchy rules, they are treated justly and hospitably. There are dwarves in the nearest mountain range to the west and they have a cordial and business oriented relationship with them. |

| Religion: The land of Ayek is ruled by gods vicariously through their high priests. There is an Ayek Pantheon, but it was created with the Egyption Pantheon in mind. So Ayek gods can be replaced fairly easily by the Pharonic Pantheon in Dieties and Demigods. Almost everyone knows the basics of religious life and are quite pious and intuitive. For simplicities sake; the Pharonic Pantheon. |
