Fanzine Copyright/use language

Hey! I just realized something we haven't figured out yet for the Fanzine. What kind of copyright/use language do we want to put in there? Like, the "Planesacpe © Wizards of the Coast" or w/e kind of stuff. What exactly do we need to say?

"Here was the previous

Here was the previous language:

"Any art provided for use on Planewalker.com or it's subsidiary projects (such as The Planewalker Codex) grants us non-exclusive rights to reproduce that image in our magazine, on our forums, and elsewhere on the website and related projects. Each time your art is used we will provide a credit including one hyperlink of your choice be it blog, online gallery, or other webpage.

Since we are officially sanctioned this provides an opportunity to try your hand at images usually classified as product identity and closed content. Illithids (mind flayers) and the Gith races being prime examples.

If You have any questions please contact "

-First question is of course whether we should keep Loki as the email contact?

Oh, sorry that's not what I

Oh, sorry that's not what I meant. I mean the copyright language that we would include in the fanzine itself, much like how Planewalker says "Planescape, Dungeons & Dragons, their logos, Wizards of the Coast, and the Wizards of the Coast logo are ©2008, Wizards of the Coast, a subsidiary of Hasbro Inc. and used with permission." at the bottoms of the pages.

Do we use the same thing? Should we change 2008 to 2017? Do we need to include "Dungeons & Dragons, their logos" when we aren't strictly speaking using D&D or any logos, just Planescape? Etc?
